Ethanol production by starch fermentation or ethylene direct hydration method is generally used in industry. Fermentation process of ethanol is developed on the basis of Brewing, in a long historical period, was the only way of industrial production of ethanol. Main materials for Fermentation process including grains like wheat, corn, Sorghum, rice, millet, oat, etc.; tubers like cassava, sweet potato, potato, etc.; sugar-containing materials like sweet beet, sugar cane, waste syrup, sisal, etc.; and Cellulose materials like sawdust and straws, etc.
